Welcome to Rose Way Car Wash. By booking a service, visiting our website, or using our facilities in Abu Dhabi, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.
Please read them carefully before making a booking or payment.

1. General Information

These Terms govern all car wash, detailing, tyre, battery, polishing, tinting, and related services offered by Rose Way Car Wash.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Services may be booked online, by phone/WhatsApp, or on-site.

  • Online bookings are confirmed via email or SMS/WhatsApp.

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may cause rescheduling or additional wait time.

3. Payments

  • We accept cash, card, and approved online payment methods.

  • Full payment is required at the time of service or as stated on the booking confirmation.

  • All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellation or no-show may result in a service charge or loss of deposit.

  • Refunds are processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Service Conditions

  • We take every precaution to protect your vehicle, but pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, paint issues) is not our responsibility.

  • Results (shine, stain removal, etc.) may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition and previous treatments.

  • For safety and quality, we reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is unsafe or excessively dirty beyond our normal scope.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Remove or secure personal belongings before handing over the vehicle.

  • Inform staff of any special instructions or existing issues with your car’s body or electronics.

  • Ensure accurate contact information is provided for booking and updates.

7. Privacy & Data Use

  • We collect only the information needed to provide and improve our services.

  • All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • We never sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing without consent.

8. Liability

  • Rose Way Car Wash is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including loss of time, income, or data, except where required by UAE law.

  • In case of proven fault during service, liability will not exceed the cost of the service performed.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All text, images, logos, and website content are the property of Rose Way Car Wash and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in law or our services.

  • Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
