Refund Policy

At Rose Way Car Wash, we value your time and satisfaction. This policy explains how booking changes, cancellations, and refunds are handled for all our car wash, detailing, and related services in Abu Dhabi.

1. Service Nature

Our services such as car wash, polishing, tyre and battery work, interior cleaning, and other detailing are on-site and time-based. Once a service has started or been completed, it cannot be reversed like a product purchase. Therefore, refunds are limited to specific situations described below.

2. Cancellations

  • Free cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before the booked time at no charge.

  • Late cancellation: If you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, a full service fee may apply as our team and equipment are reserved for you.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • Service not delivered: If our team is unable to attend due to operational issues or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Payment error: If a duplicate or incorrect online payment is processed.

  • Service quality issue (rare): If a valid complaint is reported within 24 hours of service completion and verified by our team.

Note: Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction based on personal preference if the agreed service has been delivered as described.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (bank card, online payment gateway, or cash return) within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been initiated.

5. Rescheduling

We’re happy to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost if notified at least 4 hours before the booked time.
Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
